A standard medium driveway usually takes 1.5–3 hours. A combined driveway and patio job typically takes 3–5 hours. Larger or heavily soiled areas may take longer — we'll let you know when we quote if a job is likely to be a full day.

Not at all — as long as we have access to the area and a water supply (an outdoor tap), you're welcome to leave us to it. We'll send you before and after photos when the job's done so you can see the results straight away.

In experienced hands, no. We adjust the pressure based on the surface type — we use lower pressure on softer surfaces like sandstone, tarmac and timber decking. We won't start a job without knowing exactly what surface we're dealing with, and we'll always tell you if we have any concerns before we begin.

Yes — we offer re-sanding as an add-on service. Pressure washing naturally clears some of the sand from between blocks, so we can refill the joints with either kiln-dried sand (from £35) or polymeric jointing sand that sets firm and suppresses weeds more effectively (from £80). We recommend the polymeric upgrade for most customers — the results last significantly longer.
